Beyond Morocco – objects of desire: KILIM PILLOWS

Because of my love for kilim (or kelim) (which you can see in my ABDILLAH KILIM BOOTS or KILIM CLUTCH MARYAM collections) I now wanted to bring some Moroccan feeling and flair to my and your home.  You will find on www.silviagattin.com in the home section brand new KILIM PILLOWS, each of them a color party with great potential to turn every room into a bohemian rhapsody.

All these vintage hand woven pillows were crafted by Berber women living high in the Atlas mountains of Morocco. The intricate workmanship is typical of the berber tradition, using decorative weaving styles that span generations and incorporating colorful artistic motifs and vibrant patterns. These beautiful pillows will compliment any decor and add a unique statement to a couch or bed.

All wonderfully eccentric. Truly artistic creations. A delight for you and your interior design.
