When a new door opens: soft opening of the new Silvia Gattin store on February 8th 2017

“You may not see it today or tomorrow. But you will look back in a few years and be absolutely perplexed and awed by how every little thing added up and brought you somewhere wonderful – or where you always wanted to be.”

In 2009 I traveled the first time to India. As a backpacker tourist. And fell in love. Above all with a magical and vibrant place called Pushkar in Rajasthan. There the whole idea behind http://www.silviagattin.com came up. While I was sitting on a swing chair in one of my most favourite hotels in the world, Seventh Heaven. (Mazka, I miss you…)

Years later I am sitting not on a swing but my new office chair and am connecting the dots by counting my travels, the challenges, the numerous memorable acquaintances, the tears, the laughter and all the lessons I learned being an entrepreneur.

I believe, it’s important to say yes to new adventures. And that great things never come from comfort zones. This is why I teamed up with a wonderful soul mate Maryam Yeganehfar from yamyam event production to join forces. We moved into our new concept space “Hollandstrasse9” in 1020 Vienna, our new home for my new store, Maryam’s office, a Yoga studio and lot more.

I am very grateful and happy and proud of being where I always wanted to be (and this is still just the beginning). And I am proud to open the doors and to invite you to the store “soft” opening on Wednesday, February 8th 2017. Opening hours are from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm (Tuesday  – Friday) and 10:00 am – 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Find more details here.
